The Quacky Qumran

So I was just washing in the Jordan River today, near the Qumran desert tribe. They came over to me and started asking about my clothes. Pretty soon they were getting too close and they mugged me! they took my handmade camel clothing and my staff and my food. I was surprised because I used to spend quite a bit of time with the Qumran, but these fellows acted very differently. I wish they were more peaceful because sometimes when I baptize and give talks, they disrupt me.

  1. WOW! This sounds very lifelike and suspenseful, great blog! If you were in John the Baptist's position would you have "turned the other cheek" or followed the "Eye for an Eye" strategy? By the way, what's a Qumran? Is that English? Anywho, great blog, it's very descriptive.

  2. I also have a similar story, as similar bandits tried to steal my son, Jesus. They chased me all the way to Egypt, but now we are back home but must look over our shoulders as I believe they are still trying to track us down. My son also wanted me to tell you to continue your work, as I'm sure you know he is very fond of your work!
